Andrew Benson-Wilson will give an informal illustrated talk on Early organs and their repertoire with recordings and photographs of several of the world’s most important historic organs. The examples range from one of the oldest organs in the world, dating back to 1435, an organ where Bach gave the opening recital (the bench he sat on still survives) to a tiny chamber organ in a Croatian castle,

Andrew is the guest speaker on the occasion of the AGM of the North Hampshire Organists’ Association.  The AGM is at 12pm, followed by lunch, open to all (£4). Andrew’s talk will start around 1.30 and will last about one hour.
